## About

Kanya Hunt has worked exclusively with fine couverture chocolate for 25 years. With a background as a qualified dietician (Galliova 2003), she brings an analytical understanding of flavour, chemistry, and texture to her work. Every cake is an original commission — she does not copy other artists' work.
